Lotus Restorative

Experience deep relaxation through this gentle and supportive practice designed to calm the mind and nurture the body. Expect gentle poses supported with props and held for extended periods allowing you to focus on stillness, mindful breathing, and inner awareness. Lotus Align & Flow

Refine your practice with mindful movement that combines the fluidity of vinyasa yoga with a focus on alignment, helping you build strength, flexibility, and awareness. Expect sequences that are thoughtfully designed to harmonize breath with movement while emphasizing individual posture. Align energy with mindfulness and leave feeling strong, centered, and connected.

Lotus Flow to Yin

Begin with a vinyasa flow to warm the body and sync breath with movement, building energy and flexibility. As you transition into a soothing yin practice you can expect to hold poses for longer durations, targeting deeper connective tissues, enhancing flexibility, and and promoting relaxation. 

Lotus Flow & Restore

Yoga as it's meant to be, this class blends movement and stillness to soothe the body and calm the mind. Expect to begin with a centering flow focused on breath-led movements to build warmth, improve flexibility, and awaken your body, transitioning seamlessly into deeply restorative postures, supported by props for ultimate relaxation. These poses are held for longer periods, encouraging the release of tension and fostering a meditative state of calm.
